Provisional description of the current service and offer. Incomplete contractual conditions require human approval before contracting.
Provisional Early Access draft — not a final document or a declaration of legal compliance. “To confirm” and “To validate” items must be resolved before starting personal-data processing. Free use does not remove these obligations.
Service provider
ReviewFlow is the service brand. Email: reviewflow.geral@gmail.com. To confirm: individual or entity providing the service, full or legal name and an appropriate address for notices. No incorporated company or Portuguese tax activity registration is assumed. Tax status and any contractual identification requirements need separate validation; this draft does not replace it.
Free Early Access
The programme is intended for the first 5 restaurants, with 30 days of free use. These are proposed pilot terms in this draft, not automatic account activation or a product-enforced limit. Confirm with each restaurant before starting: participation, start and end dates, the event starting the 30 days, included services, support and termination conditions. Using real data during the pilot is distinct from the isolated demo and is subject to data-protection duties. This draft establishes no automatic renewal or conversion to a paid plan. Any paid contract requires confirmed terms and separate acceptance.
Service
NFC/QR feedback without customer registration, feedback consultation, metrics, trends, in-dashboard alerts, point management and PDF reports. Google presence and review counts are managed manually; there is no automatic review publishing or Google integration. The demo is a separate test, stores no responses and does not represent a customer’s results.
Commercial offer separate from the pilot
The site’s offer remains €19.90/month and a one-off €29.90 setup, including initial configuration and five personalized NFC stickers. These amounts are not presented as charges for free pilot use. To confirm: whether setup and NFC stickers are included in Early Access and delivery conditions, without assuming free or paid materials. Before charging: VAT, invoicing, payment methods, paid-contract start, renewal and additional services. This draft introduces no new charges or changes to the commercial offer.
Account and use
Restaurant access is configured by administration. Each restaurant accesses only authorized data. Do not share credentials or include unnecessary personal information in comments. To validate: restaurant contractual responsibilities, acceptable use, content procedures and staff access.
Cancellation and duration
Minimum term, notice, renewal, cancellation, refund and post-termination data conditions have not been confirmed. They must be defined and communicated before contracting. Immediate cancellation or absence of a minimum term is not promised.
Pilot end and data protection
Agree before starting: early termination, request channel, access after 30 days, any export, return or deletion and applicable retention periods/criteria. This change implements no blocking, deletion or charging after 30 days. The restaurant must inform customers appropriately and protect access, comments and exported PDFs. Where ReviewFlow is processor, complete and execute a data processing agreement before processing on the restaurant’s behalf. No permission to reuse personal feedback for independent purposes is assumed.
Support, availability and liability
The published commercial contact accepts service enquiries. This document defines no response deadlines, availability levels, outcome guarantees or liability limits. These require validation; the service does not guarantee positive reviews or commercial results.
